Arcadia Pittwater Private Hospital’s proven track record and reputation five years into opening has meant it can now offer ‘no gap’ treatment for most patients.

When Arcadia Pittwater first opened it had a gap arrangement with all health funds.

“Our strong track record, reputation and patient feedback has enabled us to renegotiate arrangements with most health funds,” says Kate Silver, Corporate Operations Manager.

This means that most patients at Arcadia Pittwater can now benefit from having a ‘no gap’ hospital arrangement with their health fund and can save as much as $1,400 during an average 14-night stay.

Ms Silver says the hospital provides no gap arrangements for more than 80 per cent of its patients, and discussions with remaining funds are continuing.

When patients book in, staff conduct a health fund check to determine their level of cover and advise if there are likely to be any out of pocket expenses.
