Arcadia Pittater’s hospital operations are overseen by senior healthcare administrator Kate Silver.

An experienced hospital manager, Kate is the chief operating officer at Arcadia Health Care and Matilda Health Care. She has extensive experience in clinical management roles in complex health care organisations, including planning and developing new private health facilities – including surgical, sub-acute and mental health hospitals.

Kate has responsibility for corporate operations at both Arcadia Pittwater and Matilda Nepean, one of the leading sub-acute private hospitals serving the Nepean and Blue Mountains region of Sydney.

Kate was part of the team that opened Arcadia Pittwater in 2017 and Matilda Nepean in 2023. She worked as Hospital Director at Arcadia Pittwater until 2022 before being appointed to the role of group Corporate Operations Manager and later Chief Operating Officer. A physiotherapist by background, Kate has a Masters of Health Management and a Bachelor of Science (Physiotherapy).
